1. Digital Products (Flyers, Business Cards, etc.)

All digital products are delivered instantly after payment.
 Because these are downloadable files, all sales are final — no refunds, returns, or exchanges are offered.

If you experience any technical issue with your download (such as a missing or corrupted file), please get in touch with us at [email protected] within 7 days of purchase, and we will resend or replace your file at no additional cost.

2. Printed Logbooks (Blood Pressure & Diabetes Logbooks)

Our printed logbooks are produced through Amazon KDP and shipped directly by Adalynn James, LLC to the customer.

Printing and shipping typically take about 12 days or more.

Because each logbook is printed on demand specifically for your order, all sales are final unless:

The item arrives damaged

The item arrives defective

The wrong item was shipped

If any of these issues occur, please contact us at [email protected] within 14 days of delivery and include: 

Your order number

A clear photo showing the issue

We will arrange a replacement at no additional cost. Refunds may be offered in exceptional cases if a replacement is not possible.

3. Order Cancellations

Digital products: Orders cannot be canceled once payment is processed due to instant delivery.

Printed logbooks: Orders can only be canceled if printing has not yet begun. Please contact us immediately at [email protected] if you wish to cancel.
