2. Printed Logbooks (Blood Pressure & Diabetes Logbooks)
  • Fulfillment: Printed on demand via Amazon KDP and shipped by Adalynn James, LLC.

  • Processing Time: Please allow 2–4 business days for printing before shipment.

  • Shipping Time: U.S. delivery typically takes up to 12 days from the order date. Delivery times may vary due to postal delays, weather, or peak holiday seasons.

  • Shipping Rates: Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and order weight.

  • Tracking Information: Tracking details will be emailed to you once your order ships.


3. Shipping Restrictions
  • At this time, we only ship printed logbooks within the United States.

  • We do not ship printed logbooks to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO addresses.

  • Digital products are available worldwide.


4. Delayed or Lost Shipments

If your printed logbook has not arrived within 15 business days of your order date, please contact [email protected] so we can investigate and arrange a replacement if necessary.


5. Incorrect or Damaged Shipments

If your printed logbook arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please email [email protected] within 14 days of delivery with:

  • Your order number

  • A clear photo of the issue

We will send a replacement at no additional cost.
